Medlands cottage is only one minutes walk over the sand dunes to the white sands of Medlands beach and it is also centrally located for you to enjoy all the other activities that Great Barrier has to offer. Medlands cottage can sleep five people, there are two bedrooms with one Queen size bed in one room and two singles in the other, there is a devan bed in the living area that can sleep an extra person if required. There is also plenty of room to pitch a tent if you would like to accommodate extra people. Cooking is either three burner gas hob, BBQ or woodstove which also acts as a wet back for hot water. There are bathroom facilities with shower and outside toilet. Lighting is by way of gas lantern or candles.
