WEATHER AND CANCELLATIONS
Passengers are advised that rough seas and adverse weather conditions
can affect travel to Great Barrier Island. This may require us to
change the time of sailing or cancel services in the interests of
passenger comfort and safety. If the service is cancelled, refunds
will be given on any unused portion of the ticket. Refunds must be
applied for in writing together with the unused ticket. Any extra
costs incurred as a result of a passenger needing to make alternative
arrangements for travel or accommodation will be at the passengers own
expense.
SEA SICKNESS
If passengers are prone to sea sickness or have a medical condition
that may be aggravated by adverse weather and sea states, Fullers asks
that you please make this known to the staff who will advise you of
the likely sea conditions on that day. You may be advised not to
travel.
